Spartina Cove
SOUTH KINGSTOWN, RHODE ISLAND
PROJECT TYPE: New Build
Builder: Meridian Custom Homes
PHOTOGRAPHER: Greg Premru
Nestled in a waterfront community in South Kingstown, Rhode Island, this custom new construction home was designed with functionality and durability at the forefront for a young family and their rambunctious pup. A contemporary coastal aesthetic brings a fresh, relaxed feel to the interiors, balancing clean lines and inviting living spaces with the practical needs of an active household.
From everyday family routines to time spent entertaining, the home's interior design reflects a lifestyle centered around comfort, connection, and effortless coastal living.
“Working with Janelle and her team was a true bright spot in our custom home-building process. Not only was the final outcome beautiful and cohesive, but working with Blakely made the otherwise challenging process of building a house much easier, and having them as an advocate in our corner was so valuable.”
