Lauded by clients and media alike for pushing the boundaries of creativity, Janelle is known for her eye for detail and remarkable use of color. But her true magic is her unique blend of creativity and business acuity that puts clients at ease knowing their projects will not only be exceptionally designed but well run. Under her leadership, Janelle and her team have created a client-acclaimed design process that allows them to get to know each client at a granular level, resulting in harmonious spaces tailored to them in every way.

With degrees from both Syracuse University and RISD, Janelle leverages her extensive business background to continually deliver an unmatched level of operational excellence and project leadership, allowing clients to sit back and enjoy the journey.

From multiple rooms to entire primary and secondary homes, Blakely Interior Design specializes in full service design for new builds, large scale renovations, and fully furnished interiors. Based in Rhode Island, our projects span throughout New England, across the East Coast and beyond.

Our comprehensive approach means we work from top to bottom, inside and out to achieve an intentionally designed, cohesive home. To that end, every project is complete with furnishings, wall and floor coverings, lighting, window treatments, artwork and décor.
