Join Our Team

We believe great design is not just about creating beautiful spaces, but building meaningful relationships and enjoying the process along the way. Since 2012, our team has been known for our expertise, thoughtful approach, and ability to make the design process a joy for clients, partners, and team members alike. We’re a close-knit, collaborative group that truly loves what we do.

About Our Company Culture

Our company culture is rooted in support and well-being, because when you feel fulfilled and energized, creativity flourishes. That’s why we follow a 4-day work week (Monday- Thursday), allowing our team to enjoy a 3-day weekend, every single week. We also make time to celebrate milestones with regular team events, birthday lunches, holiday gatherings, and other spontaneous outings to connect and unwind together. We offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical and dental insurance, a 401(k) with company match, paid vacation and holidays, competitive salaries, and opportunities for professional development and growth.

If you’re excited about creating transformational homes, working closely with clients, and being part of a passionate team in an inspiring environment, we’d love to hear from you!

Our Current Openings

  • We’re seeking a highly organized, detail-driven Materials Library Intern to manage and refine our in-studio materials library. This is a Spring internship with the potential to extend into ongoing or expanded employment for the right candidate.

    Primary Responsibilities

    • Sort, organize, and maintain our materials library, including:

      • Fabric memos organized by vendor within our established filing system

      • Rug samples, wood samples, bedding, fixture finishes, and other design materials

    • Cull and remove discontinued or outdated samples

    • Assist with placing orders for new fabric memos and material samples as needed

    • Establish and maintain systems that ensure the library remains pristine, intuitive, and easy for the design team to use

    • Assess ongoing maintenance needs once the initial backlog is addressed

    Time Commitment

    • The internship will likely begin with more hours upfront to work through an existing backlog

    • Hours may adjust over time based on ongoing maintenance needs and mutual interest in continued work

    Ideal Candidate Profile

    • A genuine passion for fabrics, materials, and beautiful things

    • Exceptionally organized, with an almost obsessive attention to detail

    • Able to follow direction precisely while working independently

    • Thoughtful, reliable, and proactive

    • A positive attitude and a sense of humor—we’re a small team and culture matters

    • Enjoys creating order and systems in a creative environment

    Studio Culture

We are a tight-knit, collaborative team and are intentional about who we bring into our fold. We value kindness, thoughtfulness, enthusiasm, and people who take pride in their work and enjoy being part of a creative studio environment.
