Our Current Openings

We’re growing and looking for talented, technically strong Interior Designers to join our team. We’re interested in meeting qualified designers with a range of professional experience — from designers earlier in their careers with strong technical training and a solid design foundation to experienced professionals ready to lead projects and take on greater responsibility.
Across every level, we’re looking for strong design instincts, technical proficiency, attention to detail, and a genuine passion for thoughtful residential design. Just as important, we value people who care deeply about the quality of their work, enjoy being part of a collaborative studio, and are eager to contribute and continue growing professionally.
We are open to full-time, part-time, and project-based opportunities depending on experience, capabilities, and fit.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Working closely with our Principal, Director of Design, and design team, you will contribute to the development and execution of full-scope residential design projects from concept through implementation.
The scope and level of responsibility will reflect the experience of the individual. More experienced designers should be prepared to lead projects through multiple phases, help guide design direction, manage client and consultant communication, coordinate with architects, builders, and trades, and contribute to the development of junior team members.
Responsibilities may include:
Creating space plans and developing interior architectural details
Selecting furnishings, fixtures, finishes, and materials
Preparing FF&E specifications and schedules
Developing project budgets and procurement documentation
Producing detailed construction documentation and millwork drawings in Revit
Preparing for and participating in client meetings and design presentations
Visiting job sites and coordinating with builders, architects, and trades
Sourcing furniture, materials, and finishes from high-end vendors
Managing project organization and documentation throughout all phases of design
Leading projects or significant portions of projects, based on experience
The Ideal Candidate:
We are looking for professionally trained designers who are both creatively driven and technically capable, with the skills and experience to contribute meaningfully to sophisticated residential design projects.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a closely related field
Professional interior design experience, preferably within high-end residential design, new construction, or renovation
Strong proficiency in Revit, including construction documentation and millwork detailing a plus
Excellent technical drawing and detailing skills
Strong design sensibility and demonstrated ability to translate a concept through detailed execution
Familiarity with high-end residential vendors, furnishings, finishes, and materials a plus
Experience working in the field and on active residential job sites
Strong organizational, written, verbal, and project management skills
High level of attention to detail and commitment to thoughtful, accurate work
Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a collaborative team
Curiosity, initiative, professionalism, and a desire to continue growing as a designer
The appropriate level of responsibility will vary based on experience. We are less focused on a specific number of years than on demonstrated design ability, technical capability, relevant professional experience, and the value you can bring to our team and projects.
