Our Current Openings

  • We are seeking a talented, technically strong Interior Designer to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a mid-level designer who is ready to take on increasing project responsibility within a collaborative, fast-paced studio environment. The ideal candidate possesses strong design instincts, technical proficiency, and a genuine passion for thoughtful residential design.

    We are looking for someone eager to continue growing professionally while contributing meaningful, creative, and technical value to the team. Working closely with the Director of Design, this role will contribute to the development and execution of full-scope residential design projects from concept through implementation.

    Responsibilities Include:

    • Developing design concepts and contributing to overall project vision

    • Creating space plans and interior architectural details

    • Selecting furnishings, fixtures, finishes, and materials

    • Preparing FF&E specifications and schedules

    • Assisting with project budgeting and procurement documentation

    • Producing detailed construction documentation and millwork drawings in Revit

    • Participating in client meetings and design presentations

    • Visiting job sites and coordinating with builders, architects, and trades

    • Sourcing furniture, materials, and finishes from high-end vendors

    • Supporting project organization and documentation throughout all phases of design

    As experience and confidence grow within the role, this position is intended to evolve into leading residential design projects through multiple phases, helping guide overall design direction, coordinating with architects and builders, and contributing to the mentorship and development of junior team members.

    The Ideal Candidate

    We are looking for someone who is both creatively driven and technically capable, with a strong understanding of high-end residential design and construction.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or Architecture

    • 3-6+ years of experience working on luxury residential interior design projects, particularly new construction and renovation

    • Strong proficiency in Revit, including construction documentation and millwork detailing

    • Excellent technical drawing and detailing skills

    • Familiarity with high-end residential vendors, furnishings, and materials

    • Understanding of the residential construction process and comfort working on active job sites

    • Strong organizational, communication, and project management skills

    • High level of attention to detail and commitment to thoughtful, accurate work

    • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team

    • Curiosity, initiative, and a desire to continually grow as a designer

    While experience is important, we place equal value on demonstrated skill, technical capability, strong design thinking, and overall potential.
