The three-bedroom condominium, including kitchen, baths, and an expansive outdoor terrace overlooking the marina, is being thoughtfully reimagined to reflect a more personal and elevated point of view.

The design balances a sense of traditionalism with the ease of Florida living, layered with subtle contemporary elements that respond to the building’s architecture. Throughout, the focus is on creating a cohesive, whole-home interior that feels refined, livable, and distinctly tailored to the way our clients spend time in the space.

The home already offers an impressive foundation; it was recently built in 2021, complete with six bedrooms, a chef’s kitchen, a theater, a wine room, and many expansive living spaces. Our clients, an accomplished couple with three daughters,  desire an interior that moreso reflects their personal style and seamlessly flows from every corner of the home.

Set along the Providence River, this ground-up new construction is being designed in close collaboration with the architect from the earliest stages, shaping a home that is deeply connected to both its setting and the way our clients live. The existing structure has been fully cleared to make way for a multi-level residence that embraces the waterfront at every turn.

The design leans into a contemporary interpretation of mid-century living, with a focus on warmth, color, and natural materials. A defining element of the home is the integration of wood repurposed from the property itself, thoughtfully incorporated into interior detailing and custom furnishings to create a layered and personal result.
