PROJECT TYPE: New Build

With sweeping views of the Maine coastline and the beach just steps away, this custom new construction home in Ogunquit, Maine, was designed as a summer retreat for a large family who loves to entertain.

After years of vacationing in Ogunquit, our clients envisioned a coastal residence where their adult children, spouses, and extended family could gather and create lasting memories. The design prioritizes generous living spaces, comfort, and a natural connection to the surrounding landscape.

An expansive chef's kitchen, climate-controlled wine room, and multi-level outdoor decks connected by a spiral staircase create inviting settings for everything from intimate family dinners to lively summer celebrations.

Blending refined coastal interiors with the relaxed spirit of Maine living, Riverbank offers a welcoming escape designed to be enjoyed for generations.
