Located in the heart of Narragansett Pier, Rhode Island, this three-story custom new construction home was designed as a summer getaway for a family of seven, with children ranging in age from crib to college.

A vibrant coastal interior design aesthetic brings color, personality, and comfort to the residence, with custom architectural details throughout. An expansive great room, finely crafted millwork, and collapsible windows and doors create a natural connection between indoor and outdoor living, allowing family gatherings to flow effortlessly from one space to the next.

The backyard is a retreat of its own, complete with a pool house, outdoor kitchen, and multiple lounge areas with seating for more than thirty guests. Together, the home's interiors and entertaining spaces create a lively coastal destination designed for generations of summer memories.
