It boasts a vibrant coastal aesthetic with custom elements throughout, including an expansive great room, finely crafted millwork, and collapsible windows and doors that provide easygoing indoor-outdoor living. The backyard is a retreat on its own, complete with a pool house, outdoor kitchen, and multiple lounge areas with seating for over 30 guests.
