Bay View Pool House

Following the completion of their waterfront residence, the homeowners acquired the neighboring property to create a private, resort-inspired retreat that would serve as a seamless extension of their primary home.

Designed for both relaxation and entertaining, the newly constructed pool house offers all the comforts of a luxury guest residence, complete with an open-concept kitchen and living area, guest accommodations, thoughtfully appointed bathrooms, laundry facilities, and a private sauna. A spectacular two-level infinity pool anchors the property, complemented by expansive outdoor entertaining spaces and sweeping views of Narragansett Bay.

Every detail was thoughtfully considered to create a cohesive connection between the two residences, carrying forward the home's refined coastal aesthetic while introducing an elevated, resort-like experience designed for year-round enjoyment.
