Last but not least, the master bathroom!
(Read the Kitchen and Dining Area Reveals, if you missed them!)
You might not even guess that this space was the “master” bathroom from the Before photos. It looks small, cramped, and, frankly, a bit sad.

The clients wanted a larger shower (you can see why!) and a double vanity. They really didn’t need or want a bathtub and, to be honest, the room really couldn’t support it well anyway.

Our floor plan moved the pre-existing window to make space for a large walk-in shower and double vanity. Let’s see how it turned out…
Well, that’s a breath of fresh air, isn’t it?
We opted for warm but light-hearted palette of taupe and gold. The window’s new location, which we centered between the two sinks and mirrors, allows sunshine to brighten the space in a more centralized way.
Brass plumbing adds sophistication, while mosaic penny tiles create an energizing yet comfortable feel.
The herringbone backsplash and industrial style mirrors are just the right dose of classic with an edge! To balance the softness of the muted taupe color and the darkness of the mirror frames, we chose warm wood cabinets and pulls.
I think we can now call this the master bathroom!
Whew, what a project! I hope you enjoyed seeing this reveal as much as we enjoyed bringing it to life — which was quite a bit!
