Interior Designer
We are a full-service high-end residential interior design firm based in North Kingstown, Rhode Island, seeking to bring a fresh, talented, and motivated interior designer to join our team.
About the Position:
The interior designer position is responsible for managing multiple design projects, in tandem with our project manager, and under the direction of our Design Director and Principal. This collaborative environment is what elevates our designs so being open to direction is a must!
You will create, manage and implement every element of client projects – from on site dimensioning to sourcing products and communicating with vendors, contractors and of course, our clients. Accuracy, attention to detail and organizational skills are critical for this position. Our designers use AutoCAD, Revit and/or Photoshop daily, developing space plans, elevations, and RCP’s. We have a fast-paced environment and expect a very high level of work from our team.
Some of the requirements and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Development of design concepts and mood boards illustrating them
- Space planning including interior walls and furniture layouts
- Source construction materials including cabinetry, millwork, plumbing, lighting, tile and other hard finishes.
- Collaboration with construction team, answering questions as needed and making regular site visits.
- Source soft goods including furniture, artwork, window treatments, rugs and accessories, ensuring all are within approved budget
- Collaborate with the project manager to ensure accurate and timely execution of project deliverables.
- Responsible for quality and accuracy of project documentation including material schedules/specification books, and orders.
- Presentation of design selections both internally and to clients.
The ideal candidate possesses the following:
- Strong attention to detail.
- Accuracy in measurements is critical.
- 3-5 years of experience on high end residential projects.
- Strong AutoCAD and Revit skills
- Knowledge of industry/trade resources.
- A love for color and its use in design.
- Approaches each day with intention and purpose.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects under pressure.
- Confidence and ability to communicate your ideas clearly.
- Highly motivated and an eagerness to learn our systems.
- Ability to work well both independently and on small teams.
- Has strong time management skills, the ability to handle multiple projects with many moving parts at one time and prioritize within a fast-paced environment while producing high quality work.
- Thrives in a collaborative work environment and takes direction/feedback well.

Assistant Designer
We are a full-service high-end residential interior design firm based in North Kingstown, Rhode Island, seeking to bring a bright and enthusiastic Assistant Designer to join our team.
About the Position:
As an Assistant Designer, you will support your respective design team in developing and implementing every element of client projects – from on site dimensioning and space planning to sourcing and developing design presentations. Accuracy, attention to detail and organizational skills are critical for this position. Our design team use AutoCAD, Revit and/or Photoshop daily, developing space plans, elevations, and RCP’s. We have a fast-paced environment and expect a very high level of work from our team. Believe me, you’ll have your hands in every aspect of each design project. This collaborative environment is what elevates our designs so being open to direction is a must!
Some of the requirements and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Space planning including interior walls and furniture layouts.
- Assist in sourcing soft goods including furniture, artwork, window treatments, rugs and accessories, ensuring all are within approved budget.
- Run errands, order samples, ship client packages, and general design team support.
- Verify accuracy of specification details with our internal systems.
- Development of design presentations.
The ideal candidate possesses the following:
- 1-3 years of experience in residential design.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design or related field.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit.
- Ability to accurately measure/dimension a home.
- Knowledge of industry/trade resources a plus.
- A love for color and its use in design.
- Approaches each day with intention and purpose.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize work.
- Highly motivated and an eagerness to learn our systems.
